Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and cloud-based software
services offered by Yukai Cloud SaaS Technologies Pvt. Ltd.,
including EasyPMS365, PMS, POS, Booking Engine, Channel Manager,
and related SaaS modules ("Services").
1. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of your subscription or service plan at any time. Please note:
- Cancellations must be requested by email or through the official support channel.
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial or prorated credit is offered for unused days within a subscription period.
- Upon cancellation, access to the Services will be discontinued after the current billing period ends.
- We may cancel or suspend user accounts for misuse, non-payment, or policy violations.
2. Refund Policy
All payments made for our subscription plans, setup fees, or annual packages are generally:
Non-refundable.
Refunds are provided only in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate or accidental payment due to a technical error.
- Payment charged after cancellation (if notified within 7 days).
- A billing error verified by our accounting team.
We do NOT offer refunds for:
- Used subscription periods (monthly or yearly).
- Setup fees or onboarding fees once services have been initiated.
- Deals, customized software builds, or feature development charges.
- Third-party integrations or payment gateway charges.
3. Free Trial Policy
We may offer free trials for selected services.
No charges apply during the trial period, and users may cancel anytime before it ends.
If the subscription is not canceled, automatic billing may begin at the end of the trial.
4. Payment Disputes
In case of a payment dispute or chargeback, users must notify us first.
We will investigate and respond with supporting documentation.
5. Subscription Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal date.
- Once renewed, no refunds can be provided for the renewal period.
6. Service Suspension for Non-Payment
Failure to make timely payment may result in service interruption, restricted access,
or permanent data deletion after a grace period of 7 days.
7. Data Backup After Cancellation
- You may request a data export before cancellation becomes effective.
- We are not obligated to store your data after service termination.
- Data retrieval after cancellation may incur additional charges.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this policy at any time.
Updates will be published on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
